How Integrity Warranties Work
This Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) provides key information regarding the Integrity Warranty. We encourage you to carefully read this PDS, as it outlines the product’s benefits, including any limits, exceptions, conditions, and other important terms. The PDS also forms the basis of your Warranty and explains how claims will be processed.
Integrity Car Care Pty Ltd (ABN 58 056 621 893, AFS Licence No: 247069) is the product issuer and is responsible for paying the benefits detailed in this document.Any notices or inquiries related to your Warranty should be directed to Integrity, with contact information available in the PDS.
The Endurance Motor Vehicle Warranty is designed to assist with the cost of repairing or replacing specific Listed Components of your vehicle in the event of a Breakdown or Failure. All Warranty terms and conditions are included in this PDS, along with a Schedule we provide to you. The Schedule contains essential information, including the Warranty term, cost of the product, vehicle details, and more. Keep this document in a safe place for future reference.
The Absolute Motor Vehicle Warranty is designed to cover the cost for breakdown or failure to the components and parts that were originally covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty except the Excluded Parts and Excluded Events described in the attached PDS. Additional benefits of the Absolute Motor Vehicle Warranty include expenses towards accommodation, car hire, consequential damage, EGR/DPF regeneration if these expenses were a result of the breakdown of a Listed Component. All Warranty terms and conditions are included in this PDS, along with a Schedule we provide to you. The Schedule contains essential information, including the Warranty term, cost of the product, vehicle details, and more. Once again keep this document in a safe place for future reference.
What is a Discretionary Risk Product?
This Warranty is classified as a discretionary risk product, meaning Integrity has the discretion to decide whether to contribute to your repair costs. Even if your claim meets the conditions outlined in the Warranty, Integrity retains the final say on whether to pay. However, Integrity is committed to exercising its discretion fairly and will not act in a manner that is unreasonable or unjust, carefully considering the
merits of each individual claim.
Unlike an insurance policy, this Warranty does not guarantee a right to be indemnified for your loss. Instead, you have the right to request discretionary assistance from Integrity, and they will inform you of their decision regarding your claim.
